Dukes of Uke

Wishing all our friends a happy and safe Christmas and New Year. We are back on board for more uke fun starting on Thursday 11th January 2018.

On Thursday 19th October, the Kaumaakonga Group came to Cleveland and entertained uke enthusiasts at the Binary Music Studio. Everyone enjoyed listening to their traditional songs of the Solomon Islands. The group leader, Wilson explained some of their history and got our uke players to join in playing some of their unique songs. Kaumaakonga will be performing at Stradbroke’s Island Vibe Festival from 26th to 29th October.
